Project Overview
In 2001, CRC Builders completed the full roof framing for the Ellington Center School addition. The project featured an expansive 178 ft by 92 ft roof system. Using a crane on-site, our team efficiently set and sheathed the three-piece trusses, completing the work in under two weeks.
This commercial roofing project demonstrated our ability to handle large-scale institutional construction with precision and speed. The massive 16,376 square foot roof required careful coordination of materials, equipment, and crew to maintain an aggressive timeline while ensuring quality workmanship.
The use of three-piece trusses and crane-assisted installation allowed us to efficiently manage the scale of the project. Our experienced team's expertise in commercial roofing was essential in delivering this critical educational facility addition on schedule, ensuring students could return to an expanded, modernized school.
