Project Overview

In 2007, CRC Builders partnered with STARMARK (formerly JCJ) to complete a 16,000 sq. ft. addition for the Mary Ann Morse Health Care Center in Framingham. With support from a Lunenburg lumberyard, our framing crew prefabricated all wall sections beside the yard and transported them using a fleet of flatbed and delivery trucks. This efficient process allowed the structure to be erected in record time—with zero hiccups. Collaborating alongside an exceptional office team and skilled contractors, this project remains our largest to date and a testament to CRC Builders' capability, efficiency, and integrity.

The scale of this healthcare facility addition required innovative construction methods to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining the quality standards essential for medical facilities. Our decision to prefabricate all wall sections off-site revolutionized the construction timeline and minimized disruption to the operating healthcare center.

Coordinating the prefabrication process with the Lunenburg lumberyard, organizing the fleet of delivery vehicles, and executing the rapid on-site assembly required meticulous planning and flawless execution. The success of this project—completed without a single hiccup—demonstrates our capacity to manage complex commercial construction while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
