In October 2019, CRC Builders undertook one of the most complex roofing projects in the company’s history on a 4,800 sq. ft. custom home. Every roof rafter was hand-cut, and some LVL ridge and valley beams weighed over 3,000 lbs.
Despite the project’s scale, our crew completed foundation excavation, framing, window and door installation, roofing, septic installation, utility hookups, and deck finish in just three months.
This Needham 4-bedroom, 5-bath, 3-car garage home, now valued at $2.8 million, stands as a testament to CRC Builders’ experience, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
